Return Policy
Returns
We offer a voluntary 21-day return period, which means you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.
This voluntary return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under EU and German law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal.
How to make a return
To start a return:
- Email hello@nimboosundays.com within the applicable return period.
- Include your name and order number.
- We will send you the return instructions and a return shipping label. Please note a flat €5 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for unwanted returns
- Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label.
- Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You do not need to arrange or pay for a separate return label yourself.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return instructions and label.
Return Conditions
For returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and within our voluntary 21-day return period, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- undamaged
- returned with the original tags attached
- returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible
These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not limit your statutory rights.
Return Shipping Costs
For unwanted items and change-of-mind returns:
A flat €5 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will provide the return shipping label after you contact us.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Nimboo Sundays will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and the €5 deduction will not apply.

Please include your order number inside the parcel so that we can identify and process your return.
Please do not send returns to our registered company address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been fulfilled or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, email hello@nimboosundays.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, or once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. You may still exercise any applicable return or statutory withdrawal rights after delivery.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order is delivered in several separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period.
Please contact:
Include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, although this is not mandatory.
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us.
If you use the return shipping label provided by Nimboo Sundays, a flat €5 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for unwanted or change-of-mind returns.
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical shop. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Original Delivery Costs
If you withdraw from and return your entire order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the original cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If your order qualified for free standard delivery, there is no original delivery charge to refund.
If you chose express delivery or another delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and confirm that it has arrived.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the returned goods; or
- you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.
For unwanted or change-of-mind returns using our return shipping label, €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
No €5 return shipping cost will be deducted if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
For returns made under our voluntary return policy after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product:
- return the original item using the return process above; and
- place a new order for the size or product you would like.
We recommend placing your new order promptly because our pieces are produced in small batches and availability cannot be guaranteed.
The new order will be subject to the delivery charges shown at checkout.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nimboosundays.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photographs, where helpful
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Nimboo Sundays will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. The €5 return shipping deduction will not apply.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Statutory Legal Guarantee
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years.
If an item is defective, does not match its description, lacks promised characteristics or is otherwise not in conformity with the purchase contract, you may be entitled to a legal remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase contract.
This statutory guarantee is separate from our voluntary 21-day return policy and the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
